A look at the yoga teacher training programs available today reveals a plethora of options. Unfortunately, since nearly all teacher trainings seek approval through the Yoga Alliance, their curricula vary little. Each program, of course, will differ based on the experiences of the individual directors, but unless a program goes beyond the basic scope mandated by the YA, there is little hope of turning out consistent quality and innovation in its graduates.
